To register to vote in Florida, you must be:

A United States citizen

At least 18 years old on or before the next election

A resident of Florida

Election Day

Election Day in Florida is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. (November 5th 2024)

Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
